Luciano Matos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th match minute, EDI MZB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Baiano to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Souza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 19th minute, Garphyttan's Tobias Mårtensson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tobias Mårtensson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Garphyttan protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tobias Mårtensson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Garphyttan:s Jörgen Gummeson showed great skill when he stopped Teofil Pisarcik:s penalty. Jörgen Gummeson was a little too slow when Teofil Pisarcik got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 2-1. Gustavo Souza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jörgen Gummeson came out and tried to block the shot, but Gustavo Souza slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 25th minute. Jörgen Gummeson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Pisarcik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jörgen Gummeson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Souza in the 31st minute. If Jens-Ola Nordin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Garphyttan booed when EDI MZB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens-Ola Nordin was the one to do the kick off. If Egon Bratt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, EDI MZB's Luciano Matos got control of the ball when Jens-Ola Nordin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jörgen Gummeson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Pisarcik in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute Teofil Pisarcik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörgen Gummeson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Garphyttan's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Mota came free, but Jörgen Gummeson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the game, EDI MZB's Caco Mota nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jörgen Gummeson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Jörgen Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Souza in the 83rd minute of play forced Garphyttan's goalkeeper Jörgen Gummeson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Matos made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Egon Bratt sent off a good shot on target. Jörgen Gummeson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute.
