After a defensive mix-up in FC WOUDOO's zone, Evaristo Recife stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gero Streidt came out of the goal and Evaristo Recife tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Denílson Arósio fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Icoara Football Club's protests and gave Denílson Arósio a yellow card for diving instead. Denílson Arósio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Lothar Adam left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC WOUDOO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Icoara Football Club booed when FC WOUDOO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerlach Zischer didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Icoara Football Club getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Oséas Vander hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, FC WOUDOO's Lothar Adam dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerlach Zischer got free with Hélio Siqueira in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zé Augusto Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gero Streidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bonifatius Hanta hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Aloísio Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Hélio Siqueira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lothar Adam went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 77 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Erich Gleißberg came free, but Hélio Siqueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lothar Adam in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélio Siqueira saved Icoara Football Club from getting behind. Hélio Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerlach Zischer, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 94th match minute, Icoara Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that FC WOUDOO were the better team. FC WOUDOO's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
