Spectators: 7496 (Terracing: 5623, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filippos Alexiadis took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Pagos FC's Gerasimos Maros got a free kick in the 12th minute. Wellington Vaz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Charalambos Lelopoulos took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mo Chen Yang. Mo Chen Yang dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Bernie Strauss received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Kostas Periandros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Grêmio Santo André's Jaime Cabral made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kostas Periandros was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 32nd minute, Santiago Oliverio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alekos Papachristou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Cabral to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Pagos FC's Avraam Maggioros got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Kostas Periandros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Santiago Oliverio hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Mo Chen Yang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alekos Papachristou in the 60th minute of play. Lauro Vaz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of Pagos FC booed when Grêmio Santo André was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauro Vaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Grêmio Santo André's goal looked a bit too open when Filippos Alexiadis came free, but Mo Chen Yang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kostas Periandros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Czech in the 77th minute of play. Wellington Vaz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Kostas Periandros when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Pagos FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Charis Nebegleras hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, Grêmio Santo André's Wellington Vaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kostas Periandros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernie Strauss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Kostas Periandros made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Santo André's Luiz Fernando Marinho got a free kick in the 88th minute. The supporters of Grêmio Santo André booed when Pagos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Spyros Kyrimlis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Pagos FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Charis Nebegleras hit a great ball. Mo Chen Yang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charalambos Lelopoulos in the 95th minute of the match. Pagos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
