Spectators: 7554 (Terracing: 5667, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The audience thought a goal was coming when Célio Meira got free with Pavol Chmelo in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pavol Chmelo came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Breguete FC's Célio Meira. But to his dismay, Célio Meira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute, Angelo Gerber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sidnei Mineiro in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavol Chmelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Breguete FC booed when FC DNV Bratiskava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Havran didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute Armandinho Sena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavol Chmelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Sidnei Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Breguete FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidnei Mineiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavol Chmelo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Breguete FC's Sidnei Mineiro was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 23rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Célio Meira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, Olívio Marques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidnei Mineiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Pavol Chmelo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A beautiful save bye FC DNV Bratiskava's goalie prevented a goal. Sidnei Mineiro did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Pavol Chmelo 37 minutes into the match. Pavol Chmelo was a little too slow when Sidnei Mineiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bohuš Dačev to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC DNV Bratiskava's goalkeeper Pavol Chmelo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Breguete FC's Sidnei Mineiro in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Breguete FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Gerber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidnei Mineiro in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pavol Chmelo saved FC DNV Bratiskava from getting behind. When Ladislav Gogoľ fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC DNV Bratiskava's protests and gave Ladislav Gogoľ a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC DNV Bratiskava getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Ladislav Gogoľ hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislav Božok during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stanislav Božok kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Mineiro in the 84th minute of play forced FC DNV Bratiskava's goalkeeper Pavol Chmelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Sidnei Mineiro sped through FC DNV Bratiskava's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pavol Chmelo. Pavol Chmelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Meira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
