After a rather tough play, Bonival's Ismael Quintal got a free kick in the 5th minute. Silvinho Madureira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arthur Lago. Bonival's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Claudinei Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Lago having to interfere. Lea FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Luka Katsebin scored to the left of an out of position Marcel Donatello, making the score, 1-0. The referee felt a red card was in order, 20 minutes into the game, when Sigi Nicklis put in a rough tackle. Sigi Nicklis kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Angelo Linares, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christiano Ramalho got free with Marcel Donatello in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 25 minutes, Angelo Linares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bonival and the Lea FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lea FC booed when Bonival was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Linares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bebeto Trevisan kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Silvinho Madureira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. When Lea FC's Everardo Olo in 32 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Arthur Lago guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Bonival's Arthur Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Olo in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Hugo Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Lago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luka Katsebin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Hugo Bastos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arthur Lago was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. In the 56th minute Oscar de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christiano Ramalho hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Lea FC's Hugo Bastos got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcel Donatello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar de Godoi in the 86th minute of play. Mário Paiva charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mário Paiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes Lea FC got a freekick which was hit by Mário Paiva. Marcel Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luka Katsebin, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
