The tension between the Kroton F.C. and the Lech Max players grew even worse after the yellow card. Comunardo Della Francesca hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kroton F.C.'s goalkeeper Elia Losito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 4th minute, Francesco De Lucia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elia Losito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Erland in the 5th minute of the match. Davide Zangari scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boruc Siwek, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Cristiano Ciarrocchi could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Boruc Siwek however easily saved by the left post. In the 16th match minute, Kroton F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Balboni to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Zygmunt Erland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Losito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elia Losito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Erland in the 18th minute of play. Elia Losito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piotr Borowski went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Boruc Siwek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Cusumano in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th match minute, Kroton F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco De Lucia to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Lech Max's Ludomir Drapinski got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute of the match, Dennis Cusumano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Boruc Siwek saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 38 minutes into the match, Kroton F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Borowski came free, but Elia Losito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Lech Max got a freekick which was hit by Zygmunt Erland. Kroton F.C.'s Dennis Cusumano got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Boruc Siwek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Zangari, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Lucjan Bondel succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Lech Max's Czeslaw Podolski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Elia Losito. That made the score 1-3 after 62 minutes of play. Elia Losito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Podolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Kroton F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 68th minute, when Czeslaw Podolski scored to the left of an out of position Elia Losito, making the score, 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Podolski in the 70th minute of play forced Kroton F.C.'s goalkeeper Elia Losito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elia Losito was a little too slow when Czeslaw Podolski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-5. A collision led to Kroton F.C. getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Dennis Cusumano hit a great ball. Czeslaw Podolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zygmunt Erland got free with Elia Losito in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Lucjan Bondel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Elia Losito, 1-6. If Cristiano Ciarrocchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the game, Piotr Borowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Elia Losito was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Lech Max's Ludomir Drapinski got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute of the match Davide Zangari sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boruc Siwek skillfully saved the ball. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lech Max! When the final whistle sounded Lech Max left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kroton F.C..
