After having played for 3 minutes, Walery Absolwent managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rega Merida CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Absolwent was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's Walery Absolwent sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bledi Kyçyku narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rega Merida CF were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after AlbaStars FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Walery Absolwent took the corner. If Lisian Curri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walery Absolwent in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bledi Kyçyku saved AlbaStars FC from getting behind. After 26 played minutes AlbaStars FC got a freekick which was hit by Altin Cana. Bledi Kyçyku took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Absolwent, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Llambi Pashollari kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute of the match Walery Absolwent shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bledi Kyçyku showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Muharem Nikolla came free, but Kingsley Coman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes AlbaStars FC got a freekick which was hit by Altin Cana. AlbaStars FC's Bledi Kyçyku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walery Absolwent in the 40th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walery Absolwent in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bledi Kyçyku saved AlbaStars FC from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lisian Curri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in AlbaStars FC's zone, Walery Absolwent stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bledi Kyçyku came out of the goal and Walery Absolwent tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Damian Zimniy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in AlbaStars FC's zone, Walery Absolwent stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bledi Kyçyku came out of the goal and Walery Absolwent tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60 played minutes AlbaStars FC got a freekick which was hit by Altin Cana. If Walery Absolwent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartlomiej Kaczor struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Bledi Kyçyku didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rega Merida CF. Rega Merida CF made a substitution. Pocho Citko replaced Raúl Gonzales. In the 74th minute of the match Rega Merida CF got a corner. AlbaStars FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lukasz Szostak ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bledi Kyçyku acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ziemowit Zyskowski. Kingsley Coman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isli Çeka in the 93rd minute of play.
