Spectators: 7393 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1649, VIP seats: 110) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Bastos started the match with the kick off. Claudinei Proença made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Bastos in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Lea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armandinho Sena came free, but Marcel Donatello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Célio Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Artur Pereira hit a great ball. Everardo Olo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Claudinei Proença made a huge save. Marcel Donatello came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Breguete FC's Armandinho Sena. But to his dismay, Armandinho Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Claudinei Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Bastos in the 27th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Claudinei Proença successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. José Maria Alves kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Claudinei Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otávio Dante, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Olo got free with Claudinei Proença in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lea FC's Marcel Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Célio Meira in the 44th minute of play. Marcel Donatello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artur Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sigi Nicklis lost his temper 48 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Breguete FC a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Olívio Marques, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lea FC's Marcel Donatello. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Sidnei Mineiro made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Breguete FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Pablo Sharkin hit a great ball. After 61 played minutes Breguete FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Gerber. 62 minutes into the match, Lea FC's Silvinho Madureira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinei Proença narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artur Pereira hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Armandinho Sena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Marcel Donatello made a huge save. 71 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Bastos came free, but Claudinei Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lea FC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Breguete FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Silvinho Madureira took the corner. Silvinho Madureira made a great header on Lea FC's corner, it was just that Breguete FC's Claudinei Proença managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 74th minute Hugo Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeu de Alcântara's late challenge caught a Breguete FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeu de Alcântara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Lea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Armandinho Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Donatello having to interfere. Célio Meira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Marcel Donatello skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Claudinei Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Bastos in the 79th minute of play. If Everardo Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Maria Alves during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th minute, José Maria Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the match, Armandinho Sena dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcel Donatello, 1-3. If Everardo Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelo Gerber hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Silvinho Madureira was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 95th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
