Mauro Ciceron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 10 minutes, Gilberto Tiadoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the deportivo madrid and the FC ANC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mauro Ciceron came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FC ANC's Aristide Chifu. But to his dismay, Aristide Chifu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 22ndth minute of the game Leonard Duțulescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but deportivo madrid's Mauro Ciceron was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nunez Ilixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Manuel Boroș made a huge save. Casimiro Maju struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Manuel Boroș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for deportivo madrid. 33 minutes into the match, deportivo madrid's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Duțulescu came free, but Mauro Ciceron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Duțulescu in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Ciceron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Iustinian Iorda fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC ANC's protests and gave Iustinian Iorda a yellow card for diving instead. Manuel Boroș made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Ilixo in the 40th minute. The supporters of FC ANC booed when deportivo madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Maju didn't get a good kick on the ball. The deportivo madrid players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC ANC were winning 0-2.

Manuel Boroș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Madrid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 82 minutes, Godofredo Mannie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. deportivo madrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Godofredo Mannie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergio Madrid in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Boroș saved FC ANC from getting behind. Leonard Duțulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The deportivo madrid supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC ANC's performance. The match ended with a win for FC ANC.
