Djura IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Breckenfeld was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When B-S-L's Basílio Terra in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hjalmar Andreasson was slow to take the kick. During this time Djura IFK's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Hjalmar Andreasson almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but B-S-L's Evaristo Damião did a great save. Isak Abrahamsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Evaristo Damião made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Adolfo Fontes in the 39th minute of play forced Djura IFK's goalkeeper Vilhelm Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Djura IFK getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Isak Abrahamsson hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute Jaime Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Samuelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elder Domingues's late challenge caught a Djura IFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in B-S-L's zone, Malcolm Sundberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Damião came out of the goal and Malcolm Sundberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Djura IFK's Vilhelm Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basílio Terra in the 48th minute of play. The Djura IFK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. B-S-L were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isak Abrahamsson to make the kick off. The supporters of Djura IFK booed when B-S-L was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Belmiro Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Djura IFK's Vilhelm Samuelsson got control of the ball when João Adolfo Fontes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Alcântara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vilhelm Samuelsson having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Basílio Terra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vilhelm Samuelsson was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Adolfo Fontes got free with Vilhelm Samuelsson in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 minutes of play, B-S-L's Ulryk Olszewski made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vilhelm Samuelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! B-S-L made a substitution. Ediberto Lira replaced João Adolfo Fontes. Vilhelm Samuelsson came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by B-S-L's Alexandre Breckenfeld. But to his dismay, Alexandre Breckenfeld quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Thanks to some nice moves Ediberto Lira could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Vilhelm Samuelsson however easily saved by the left post. Vilhelm Samuelsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jaime Alcântara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 91 minute of play. A collision led to B-S-L getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ulryk Olszewski hit a great ball. Hjalmar Andreasson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Evaristo Damião. B-S-L's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the match was over B-S-L could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Djura IFK throughout the match.
