After some careless play in the Radomiak Radom defense, Adil Magaud kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomasz Hajto. The Radomiak Radom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomasz Hajto should have stopped the shot. Tomasz Hajto made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Flavian Garcon sent off a good shot on target. Radomiak Radom's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rathmore Lime Tree the free kick. Tomasz Hajto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benoît Lamarre in the 36th minute of play. Bakary Guinaudeau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Tomasz Hajto made a huge save. 39 minutes into the match, Benoît Lamarre dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomasz Hajto, 5-0. Tomasz Hajto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benoît Lamarre in the 42nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Hervé Annette could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Tomasz Hajto however easily saved by the left post. Tomasz Hajto made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Flavian Garcon sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gareth Southgate kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Rathmore Lime Tree players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
