In the 2nd match minute, PERSPOLIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tirso Carceles to maneuver through the defense. If Mantzio Consul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dominic Cavite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paul Raoult in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Chandozos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco Suarbol to maneuver through the defense. Arash Lara hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, PERSPOLIS's Curcio Amer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dominic Cavite narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Medina in the 28th minute of play forced PERSPOLIS's goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chandozos's Dominic Cavite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Amer in the 31st minute of play. Dominic Cavite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro León in the 38th minute of the match. Dominic Cavite made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Curcio Amer sent off a good shot on target. PERSPOLIS's Gianluigi Donnarumma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uygur Umuralp in the 44th minute of play. The supporters of Chandozos booed when PERSPOLIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Raoult didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paul Raoult made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Paul Raoult shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Cavite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Curcio Amer scored 1-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dominic Cavite, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 64 played minutes PERSPOLIS got a freekick which was hit by Carlitos Belalcaraz. Chandozos's Dominic Cavite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Amer in the 67th minute of play. Brain van der Laan kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. A collision led to PERSPOLIS getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Pedro León hit a great ball. Paul Raoult sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gianluigi Donnarumma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Medina, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 89 minutes, Gianluigi Donnarumma successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Mantzio Consul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Curcio Amer in the 94th minute of play forced Chandozos's goalkeeper Dominic Cavite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Chandozos's Jhonny Evans seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jhonny Evans the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chandozos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jhonny Evans had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Jhonny Evans kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Tirso Carceles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Cavite having to interfere. PERSPOLIS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chandozos for a fine match.
