The Mitnarotov FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Mitnarotov FC's zone, Ariel Hartz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hortêncio Sena came out of the goal and Ariel Hartz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Christian Maurin made the kick off in the second half. Murillo Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Laurin came free, but Hortêncio Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hortêncio Sena was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Domingo Abarca hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Frédson Carneiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavio Ranolfo. That made the score 2-3 in the 71 minute of play. Mitnarotov FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
