Bernt Nässén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugur Gorcea in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costică Vărzaru in the 16th minute of play forced The Reds's goalkeeper Bernt Nässén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Emil Rădoi threw the ball into play from the sideline. The Reds's Viggo Carlsson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Delphine Stars getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Denis Nenciu hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Jonny Emander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcu Loghin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicodim Drăgan made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Reds's Viggo Carlsson. After a defensive mix-up in Delphine Stars's zone, Jonny Emander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcu Loghin came out of the goal and Jonny Emander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 57 played minutes The Reds got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Arne Isaksson. In the 59th minute, Stig-Arne Isaksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Rădoi made in the 63rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Emanuel Tiberiu however managed to control. Bernt Nässén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Tiberiu in the 65th minute of the match. Viggo Carlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Marcu Loghin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emil Rădoi made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Marian Taşcău immediately put the ball in play. Bernt Nässén was a little too slow when Marian Taşcău got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-1. Denis Nenciu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Bernt Nässén made a huge save. Vasile Chira kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Tiberiu in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernt Nässén saved The Reds from getting behind. Costică Vărzaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernt Nässén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Delphine Stars had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
