Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pablo Chan kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute, Robustiano Ramond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvestre Machado came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Meerkats FC's Vincent Callus. But to his dismay, Vincent Callus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 8th minute Nick Farrugia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Nick Farrugia notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of VIEDMA FC's Silvestre Machado. Silvestre Machado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Pablo Chan came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the VIEDMA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Chan couldn't finish the play. Benigno Leoncio's late challenge caught a Meerkats FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benigno Leoncio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Meerkats FC booed when VIEDMA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Leoncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Kevin Musu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meerkats FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Musu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvestre Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Farrugia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Vincent Callus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvestre Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 20thth minute of the game Nick Farrugia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VIEDMA FC's Silvestre Machado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Richard Rapinett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 25th minute, Vincent Callus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvestre Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 28 played minutes VIEDMA FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Veremundo. After having played for 29 minutes, Vincent Callus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Meerkats FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vincent Callus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Librado hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Robert Portanier, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Vincent Callus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Silvestre Machado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robustiano Ramond recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvestre Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Farrugia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The VIEDMA FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Meerkats FC were winning 0-5.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nick Farrugia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kevin Musu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvestre Machado came out and tried to block the shot, but Kevin Musu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 53rd minute. VIEDMA FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vincent Callus 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Kevin Musu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvestre Machado. That made the score 0-8 in the 65 minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, VIEDMA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Farrugia came free, but Silvestre Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vincent Callus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Silvestre Machado came out and tried to block the shot, but Vincent Callus slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 71st minute. Fredric Hansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th match minute, Meerkats FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton De Battista to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, VIEDMA FC's goalkeeper Silvestre Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vincent Callus. In the 82nd minute, Tobias Librado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. VIEDMA FC's Silvestre Machado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save VIEDMA FC from getting a goal against them. Lucas Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th match minute, VIEDMA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Librado to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Vincent Callus kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvestre Machado. That made the score 0-10 in the 88 minute of play. Nick Farrugia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvestre Machado having to make a save. Silvestre Machado made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Vincent Callus sent off a good shot on target. Silvestre Machado stood somewhat misplaced when Nick Farrugia came free in front of goal and shot 0-11 to the left of him in the 95 minute. When the final whistle sounded Meerkats FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than VIEDMA FC.
