The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Relyn Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Nóbrega. Manole Bălășoiu scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aílton Tróia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 11 played minutes, Delphine Stars's Emil Rădoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aílton Tróia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Delphine Stars reached it. 17 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Tiberiu came free, but Aílton Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Marian Taşcău made a precise shot to the right of Aílton Tróia. Relyn Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Relyn Futebol Clube's Aílton Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Cudalb in the 21st minute of play. The Relyn Futebol Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Delphine Stars were winning 1-5.

Marcu Loghin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beto Trigo in the 52nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Emanuel Tiberiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aílton Tróia. That made the score 1-6 in the 57 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Nenciu got free with Aílton Tróia in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 62 minutes, Denis Nenciu made it 1-7 with a short kick to the right side. Relyn Futebol Clube's Aílton Tróia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 69 minutes, Raúl Favoretto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Relyn Futebol Clube and the Delphine Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aílton Tróia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Nenciu in the 76th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Tiberiu came free, but Aílton Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Relyn Futebol Clube's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Emanuel Tiberiu scored to the left of an out of position Aílton Tróia, making the score, 1-11. In the 88th minute Vasile Chira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aílton Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Raúl Favoretto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Nenciu came free with the goalkeeper in the 92nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aílton Tróia could save by the left post. Delphine Stars played a much better game than Relyn Futebol Clube and deserved their victory. The Relyn Futebol Clube players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
