When Macario Runs came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the GreenUnited fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Macario Runs couldn't finish the play. Xalbador Gamiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Cirelli went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 9th minute Aurelio Barresi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xalbador Gamiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Felice Fantozzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xalbador Gamiz was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 12th match minute, AC Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Cerasoli to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the GreenUnited defense, Antonio Cerasoli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Xalbador Gamiz. The GreenUnited fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Xalbador Gamiz should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute, Czeslaw Cisek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Macario Runs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlo Cirone having to interfere. Xalbador Gamiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Barresi in the 23rd minute of play. AC Roma's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Angelo Marcelli in the 25th minute. The corner led AC Roma's Angelo Marcelli to fire away a dangerous shot which Xalbador Gamiz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Fantozzi in the 27th minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Florencio Antoniano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Cirelli in the 31st minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarbonin Sotuela in the 33rd minute of play forced AC Roma's goalkeeper Carlo Cirone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Antonio Cerasoli was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. Antonio Cerasoli hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Emilio Di Fazio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Fabio Cirelli notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz. Xalbador Gamiz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 45 minutes, Fabio Cirelli made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. GreenUnited's Xalbador Gamiz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Macario Runs to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, AC Roma's Felice Fantozzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xalbador Gamiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felice Fantozzis short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Xalbador Gamiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 53 minutes into the game, Czeslaw Cisek recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Xalbador Gamiz. Czeslaw Cisek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. After having played for 62 minutes, Felice Fantozzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Roma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felice Fantozzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goalkeeper Xalbador Gamiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabio Cirelli. After a rather tough play, AC Roma's Felice Fantozzi got a free kick in the 65th minute. Felice Fantozzi in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Xalbador Gamiz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Felice Fantozzi got free in front of the goal in the 69th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Xalbador Gamiz was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Xalbador Gamiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Barresi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as AC Roma's Felice Fantozzi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Xalbador Gamiz. That made the score 0-7 after 80 minutes of play. Xalbador Gamiz came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by AC Roma's Felice Fantozzi. But to his dismay, Felice Fantozzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Zarbonin Sotuela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Carlo Cirone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xalbador Gamiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felice Fantozzi went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. When the match was over AC Roma could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than GreenUnited throughout the match.
