Celestino Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Tibalt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Ezkerra in the 17th minute of play. Konurbano Atletico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zeledon Ponce in the 18th minute. The corner led to Konurbano Atletico's Desiderio Millan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 22nd minute Konurbano Atletico were awarded a corner. Zeledon Ponce went to the cornerflag to take it. Desiderio Millan was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everardo Ezkerra in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celestino Iraitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roberto Lucila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Illart lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When Zeledon Ponce came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Konurbano Atletico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeledon Ponce couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Everardo Ezkerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Santo Tibalt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Konurbano Atletico's zone, Roberto Lucila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Sadurni came out of the goal and Roberto Lucila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Everardo Ezkerra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Celestino Iraitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pedro Fagildo kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Tanio in the 59th minute of play forced TotoRACING's goalkeeper Celestino Iraitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, TotoRACING's Celestino Iraitz got control of the ball when Everardo Ezkerra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Konurbano Atletico were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after TotoRACING's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zeledon Ponce took the corner. The corner led Konurbano Atletico's Zeledon Ponce to fire away a dangerous shot which Celestino Iraitz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, TotoRACING's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Ponce came free, but Celestino Iraitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celestino Iraitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Tanio, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Celestino Iraitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everardo Ezkerra in the 71st minute. Celestino Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Ezkerra in the 80th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Higinio Romelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
