Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nicasio Vargas took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Cedro in the 7th minute of play forced Papato Tatengue's goalkeeper Emiliano Dimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Psycho-Circus's Celestino Mantzio got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 19 played minutes Papato Tatengue got a freekick which was hit by Alonzo Guerau. In the 20th minute of the match Omar Abeitia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emiliano Dimo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nicasio Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 27 minutes into the match, Nicasio Vargas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paul Stanley. Psycho-Circus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicasio Vargas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Nicasio Vargas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paul Stanley having to make a save. Psycho-Circus's Paul Stanley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Psycho-Circus from getting a goal against them. Luis Zárate got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Delmiro Matteo. 39 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's Nicasio Vargas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Stanley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 43 minutes, Nicasio Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Papato Tatengue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicasio Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carolo Tanio was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Carolo Tanio could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Emiliano Dimo however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Papato Tatengue's Victoriano Flor got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Emiliano Dimo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Tanio went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 63 minutes into the match, Nicasio Vargas notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Psycho-Circus's Paul Stanley. Paul Stanley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the game, Nicasio Vargas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papato Tatengue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Psycho-Circus the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Nicasio Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Cedro came free, but Emiliano Dimo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, Papato Tatengue's Grant Verga made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paul Stanley was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st match minute, Papato Tatengue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Vargas to maneuver through the defense. Nicasio Vargas struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Paul Stanley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papato Tatengue. When Grant Verga came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Papato Tatengue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grant Verga couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Psycho-Circus defense, Nicasio Vargas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paul Stanley. The Psycho-Circus fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paul Stanley should have stopped the shot. Psycho-Circus's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
