Matias Tulio started the match with the kick off. Franck Assendelft came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Mitre City's Aldo Qwinton. But to his dismay, Aldo Qwinton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 9 minutes of play, Villa Mitre City's Matias Tulio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franck Assendelft was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bob Popken made in the 16th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Youri de Zaaijer however managed to control. After 21 minutes of play, Villa Mitre City's Aldo Qwinton made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Franck Assendelft was left in no man's land by his defense there! Franck Assendelft took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Qwinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Conrado Raymond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Franck Assendelft was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Martien Hesp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudio Senio was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Franck Assendelft took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Medardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Qwinton in the 40th minute of play forced Kelmond S.C.'s goalkeeper Franck Assendelft to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Kelmond S.C.'s Youri de Zaaijer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudio Senio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 48 minutes into the match, Kelmond S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Qwinton came free, but Franck Assendelft reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hub Heida was the one to do the kick off. Aldo Qwinton in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Franck Assendelft, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Franck Assendelft made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Conrado Raymond sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Matias Tulio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Martien Hesp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Martien Hesp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Riemer Kuijpers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kelmond S.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Mitre City the free kick. The supporters of Villa Mitre City booed when Kelmond S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Riemer Kuijpers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hub Heida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Senio having to interfere. Youri de Zaaijer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Aldo Qwinton reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Franck Assendelft. The goal made the score 0-6. Claudio Senio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martien Hesp in the 81st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Aldo Qwinton took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Franck Assendelft to make any attempt to save it. Kelmond S.C.'s Franck Assendelft proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Kelmond S.C. from getting a goal against them. Kelmond S.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Matias Tulio scored to the left of an out of position Franck Assendelft, making the score, 0-8. When the match was over Villa Mitre City could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kelmond S.C. throughout the match.
