The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Clodoveo Baldovino put in a rough tackle. 16 minutes into the game, one of Habsburgo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 24 minutes into the match, Habsburgo's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Maurin came free, but Rodrigo Azubeli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Azubeli came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Loco De Remate's Amado Maurin. But to his dismay, Amado Maurin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Amado Maurin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Azubeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Gutxi in the 30th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Habsburgo's Genaro Ulizes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Dolcet. Pedro Dolcet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Pedro Dolcet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Panfilo in the 36th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benigno Nayely during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Genaro Ulizes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Dolcet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After some careless play in the Loco De Remate defense, Genaro Ulizes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Dolcet. The Loco De Remate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Dolcet should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prudencio Thomas in the 74th minute of play forced Loco De Remate's goalkeeper Pedro Dolcet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Martxot blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Dolcet having to make a save. Pedro Dolcet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Ulizes, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 93 played minutes Habsburgo got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Tano. 95 minutes into the match, Jose Lopez sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Rodrigo Azubeli threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Jose Lopez this time. Loco De Remate's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
