The corner led Agua Santa's Eugênio Monteiro to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Eduardo Donatello despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Pombal came free, but Tomé Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's Tiago Cosme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Eduardo Donatello narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, Agua Santa's goal looked a bit too open when Jarbas Pombal came free, but Tomé Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarbas Pombal in the 14th minute of play forced Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Eduardo Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarbas Pombal in the 31st minute of play. Carlos Eduardo Donatello made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Enrique Abreu sent off a good shot on target. Rafael Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Carlos Eduardo Donatello made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Enrique Abreu sent off a good shot on target. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A collision led to Reko-Recko 03™ getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Zé Augusto Moura hit a great ball. Reko-Recko 03™'s Carlos Eduardo Donatello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Abreu in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Tiago Cosme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agua Santa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiago Cosme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Eduardo Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséas Trigo in the 65th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiago Cosme during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Agua Santa getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Tiago Cosme hit a great ball. Tomé Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarbas Pombal in the 67th minute. Dedê Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Carlos Eduardo Donatello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Rosa in the 72nd minute of the match. After 73 minutes, Amílton do Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Reko-Recko 03™ and the Agua Santa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute Oséas Trigo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Eduardo Donatello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Reko-Recko 03™'s zone, William Luz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Eduardo Donatello came out of the goal and William Luz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Reko-Recko 03™ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Agua Santa.
