Jan-Aage Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Luzaide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Christian Kaspersen fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Flogo FF's protests and gave Christian Kaspersen a yellow card for diving instead. Jan-Aage Eklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Skæringur Skaadegaard in the 18th minute of the match. After 21 minutes of play, Desfachatados F.C.'s Fabio Acosta made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Aage Eklund was left in no man's land by his defense there! Modesto Bingen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ørjan Moen in the 28th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Flogo FF's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Acosta came free, but Jan-Aage Eklund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flogo FF's Jan-Aage Eklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Skæringur Skaadegaard in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Moldskred in the 34th minute of play forced Desfachatados F.C.'s goalkeeper Modesto Bingen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Desfachatados F.C. booed when Flogo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Sakshaug didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desfachatados F.C.'s Bruno Berart couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Flogo FF. 44 minutes into the game, David Luzaide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jan-Aage Eklund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

Abelardo Raebert kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Skæringur Skaadegaard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jan-Aage Eklund came out and tried to block the shot, but Skæringur Skaadegaard slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 59th minute. Modesto Bingen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ørjan Moen in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Flogo FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Kaspersen to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Aage Eklund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Acosta in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Desfachatados F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Piearres. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svend Havn in the 71st minute of play forced Desfachatados F.C.'s goalkeeper Modesto Bingen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Magne Berre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Aage Eklund didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. A collision led to Desfachatados F.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Segundo Piearres hit a great ball. Skæringur Skaadegaard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Jan-Aage Eklund made a huge save. When Svend Havn came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Flogo FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svend Havn couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd match minute, Flogo FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Moldskred to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Flogo FF booed when Desfachatados F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Desfachatados F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
