Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erling Halland took the kick off in the first half of the match. Osvaldo Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Tostão Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abasto fútbol club's Osvaldo Brun got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 11 minutes, Sílvio Laureano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mochila FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sílvio Laureano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Abasto fútbol club's goalkeeper Ernesto Quexal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erling Halland. In the 15th minute, Erling Halland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mochila FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Abasto fútbol club's goalkeeper Ernesto Quexal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erling Halland. The crowd rose to their feet as Erling Halland kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ernesto Quexal. That made the score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Abasto fútbol club's Faustino Tonete got a free kick in the 39th minute. Ernesto Quexal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erling Halland, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Sílvio Laureano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ernesto Quexal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The audience was convinced that Osvaldo Brun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tostão Varela was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sidney Vander in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernesto Quexal saved Abasto fútbol club from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Victorino Sol fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Sol got free with Tostão Varela in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernesto Quexal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Vander in the 71st minute of play. Ernesto Quexal came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mochila FC's Erling Halland. But to his dismay, Erling Halland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Ernesto Quexal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Halland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nildo Moreira hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Ernesto Quexal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Francisco Ourente hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ernesto Quexal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Vander in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Erik Amorim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Mochila FC's Sílvio Laureano in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abasto fútbol club's goalie prevented a goal. In the 96th minute, Sílvio Laureano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ernesto Quexal was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1.
