Tolek Walkowski in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Betão Pontes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tolek Walkowski got free with Betão Pontes in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tolek Walkowski in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Betão Pontes saved GKS Katowice from getting behind. Ludomir Zacharek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Witomir Misiorowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Leon Armatys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ludomir Zacharek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolek Walkowski couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes mt93 Tarnów got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Jajesniak. mt93 Tarnów's Leon Armatys proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save mt93 Tarnów from getting a goal against them.
