ROSÁRIO SPORT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ the free kick. Thodoris Negris hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Osmar Rosario took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Achilleas Mavilis. Achilleas Mavilis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osmar Rosario in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Achilleas Mavilis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 余斌亦 in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Achilleas Mavilis saved ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, Fanis Chrysafis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João Carlos Fernandes, 1-1. In the 28th minute, Theofilos Kaplanopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 30th match minute, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miltos Zisis to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's goal looked a bit too open when 余斌亦 came free, but Achilleas Mavilis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If 余斌亦 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Miltos Zisis hit a great ball. Osmar Rosario took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Achilleas Mavilis. Achilleas Mavilis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. After the first half ROSÁRIO SPORT were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

53 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's goal looked a bit too open when Theofilos Kaplanopoulos came free, but João Carlos Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 余斌亦 scored 2-5 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Achilleas Mavilis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. João Carlos Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theofilos Kaplanopoulos in the 58th minute of play. João Carlos Fernandes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Theofilos Kaplanopoulos went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute, Thodoris Negris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 余斌亦 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Achilleas Mavilis made a huge save. Miltos Zisis kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Felippe de Lara was substituted for Arí Vergílio. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Miltos Zisis got a free kick in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Ernani Xavier sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Achilleas Mavilis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The ROSÁRIO SPORT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Carlos Fernandes should have stopped the shot. ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ's Achilleas Mavilis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save ΑΣΤΕΡΑΣ ΣΟΛΟΜΟΥ from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Delfim Berger dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-6. The ROSÁRIO SPORT players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
