Roger Hoolemans made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Jorrin in the 12th minute of play forced Portus Ganda's goalkeeper Roger Hoolemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jannis Hemelsoet came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Portus Ganda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jannis Hemelsoet couldn't finish the play. Roger Hoolemans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pastor Rutenio went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Rene Eduino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Güralp Ergüleç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loid Franckx hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Roger Hoolemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Francho in the 27th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Amadeo Jorrin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Roger Hoolemans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 33 minutes, Nils Robin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Portus Ganda and the Liberland players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nils Robin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Damaso Francho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Liberland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Liberland's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Matias Austin in the 39th minute. After taking down the ball on Liberland's corner Damaso Francho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roger Hoolemans quite easily take care of the ball. Roger Hoolemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Jorrin in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Jorrin in the 46th minute of play forced Portus Ganda's goalkeeper Roger Hoolemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvio Pancho hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Francho was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jannis Hemelsoet in the 52nd minute of play forced Liberland's goalkeeper Rene Eduino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute Jannis Hemelsoet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Eduino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Portus Ganda's Roger Hoolemans got control of the ball when Damaso Francho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Liberland defense, Loid Franckx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rene Eduino. The Liberland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rene Eduino should have stopped the shot. Liberland's Rene Eduino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jannis Hemelsoet in the 62nd minute of play. Rene Eduino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Güralp Ergüleç in the 65th minute of play. Roger Hoolemans was a little too slow when Pastor Rutenio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-6. Portus Ganda's Roger Hoolemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Rutenio in the 69th minute of play. Amadeo Jorrin charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amadeo Jorrin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roger Hoolemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Rutenio in the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Liberland left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Portus Ganda.
