Spectators: 7463 (Terracing: 5598, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adilson Varela got the match started through his kick off. Aytuğ Erdursun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Āris Viszinis having to interfere. After some careless play in the Aster Brasil Futebol Club defense, Sixto Vincent kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Āris Viszinis. The Aster Brasil Futebol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Āris Viszinis should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Jorge Olguín had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Āris Viszinis. Aster Brasil Futebol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jorge Olguín was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 26th minute, Rubens de Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Sixto Vincent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Āris Viszinis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Martin Berbiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Millo de Haedo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aster Brasil Futebol Club the free kick. After 29 played minutes El Millo de Haedo got a freekick which was hit by Martin Berbiz. Przemyslaw Rakoski charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Przemyslaw Rakoski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Przemyslaw Rakoski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Silvinho Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Przemyslaw Rakoski got his second yellow card in the match during the 41st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 45th minute Sixto Vincent shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Āris Viszinis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Aster Brasil Futebol Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. El Millo de Haedo were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sixto Vincent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Tao Jing Wei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Āris Viszinis was a little too slow when Jorge Olguín got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-3. Lázaro Oto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Āris Viszinis having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Adilson Varela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Gustavo Eusko was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Sixto Vincent managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Millo de Haedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixto Vincent was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Āris Viszinis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aster Brasil Futebol Club's Āris Viszinis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Vincent in the 72nd minute of play. In the 72nd play minute Sixto Vincent came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Āris Viszinis. 1-4. Āris Viszinis came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by El Millo de Haedo's Sixto Vincent. But to his dismay, Sixto Vincent quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 77th minute Jorge Olguín shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Āris Viszinis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Jorge Olguín left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Millo de Haedo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Javier Eguzki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Āris Viszinis. That made the score 1-7 in the 80 minute of play. Sixto Vincent kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Javier Eguzki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Āris Viszinis having to make a save. In the 89th minute Adilson Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Eusko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of El Millo de Haedo booed when Aster Brasil Futebol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tao Jing Wei didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Millo de Haedo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
