The supporters of BAIRES booed when Minotauro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 minutes, Abelardo Ermengol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BAIRES and the Minotauro players grew even worse after the yellow card. BAIRES's Leo Gaskon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save BAIRES from getting a goal against them. Sandro Quintal was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Minotauro's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Minotauro's Edgard Marques quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jose Quintan, made in the 93rd minute of the game. Claudinei Brito's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leo Gaskon firmly grabbed it by the left post.
