The Best Ones's Arnaldo Sarmento got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrice Sénéchal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romeu Gaspar went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 26 minutes into the game, Wesley Maia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Best Ones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saint Côme de Fresné the free kick. In the 26th match minute, The Best Ones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wesley Maia to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Saint Côme de Fresné booed when The Best Ones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the game, The Best Ones's Romeu Gaspar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrice Sénéchal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Romeu Gaspar struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Patrice Sénéchal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Best Ones. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeu Gaspar to make the kick off. Patrice Sénéchal was a little too slow when Romeu Gaspar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-5. The Best Ones's Antônio da Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Romeu Gaspar made a precise shot to the right of Patrice Sénéchal. Saint Côme de Fresné's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Romeu Gaspar put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Patrice Sénéchal. Saint Côme de Fresné's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Romeu Gaspar scored to the left of an out of position Patrice Sénéchal, making the score, 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeu Gaspar in the 78th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Patrice Sénéchal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Saint Côme de Fresné getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Karl Touzard hit a great ball. The Best Ones's Romeu Gaspar was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 88th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 91st minute, Henri Quesada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 minutes of play, The Best Ones's Arnaldo Sarmento made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrice Sénéchal was left in no man's land by his defense there!
