Phoenix Strikers's Johnny Visch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Phoenix Strikers from getting a goal against them. In the 10th match minute, Phoenix Strikers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horaţiu Dinulescu to maneuver through the defense. After 10 played minutes, Saint Côme de Fresné's Côme Durieu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Johnny Visch came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saint Côme de Fresné reached it. Johnny Visch was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christophe Dugas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. In the 18th minute, Yazid Debuire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christophe Dugas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Johnny Visch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Henri Quesada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johnny Visch. Phoenix Strikers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henri Quesada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henri Quesada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Phoenix Strikers's goal looked a bit too open when Henri Quesada came free, but Johnny Visch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pavel Haaland fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Phoenix Strikers's protests and gave Pavel Haaland a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Phoenix Strikers got a freekick which was hit by Pavel Haaland. In the 67th minute, Henri Quesada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johnny Visch was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 71st match minute, Saint Côme de Fresné was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christophe Dugas to maneuver through the defense. Yazid Debuire struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Johnny Visch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saint Côme de Fresné. Johnny Visch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henri Quesada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Yazid Debuire made a precise shot to the right of Johnny Visch. Phoenix Strikers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Strikers's Pavel Haaland got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Johnny Visch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henri Quesada's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Yazid Debuire managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saint Côme de Fresné's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yazid Debuire was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valeriu Ungur hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Phoenix Strikers's goal looked a bit too open when Henri Quesada came free, but Johnny Visch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnny Visch stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henri Quesada's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Saint Côme de Fresné players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
