The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 70th minute, Håkan Pettersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Daniel Kjellkvist fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Ekebo's protests and gave Daniel Kjellkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Daniel Kjellkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Eibar 09-12-18 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
