Emanuel Neuer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Neuer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Di Maria in the 10th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goalkeeper Emanuel Neuer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Valladares. After a rather tough play, Real Unión CF's Marz Pedros got a free kick in the 24th minute. Emanuel Neuer came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Scarlet Speedster's Enrique Valladares. But to his dismay, Enrique Valladares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Emanuel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Di Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute Scarlet Speedster were awarded a corner. John Weeke went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Scarlet Speedster's Jonas Moreira getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Emanuel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Di Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a rather tough play, Real Unión CF's Cebo Segura got a free kick in the 34th minute. Gutierre Chamorro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Porto hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yuan Jian Hai in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudinho Figueiredo saved Scarlet Speedster from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Valladares made a kick off. Claudinho Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gutierre Chamorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Emanuel Neuer came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Scarlet Speedster's Angelo Di Maria. But to his dismay, Angelo Di Maria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Scarlet Speedster's Claudinho Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yanne Callaerts in the 60th minute of play. Claudinho Figueiredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yanne Callaerts's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Xulian Curro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudinho Figueiredo made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Yuan Jian Hai sent off a good shot on target. Emanuel Neuer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Di Maria in the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, Real Unión CF's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Di Maria came free, but Emanuel Neuer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Scarlet Speedster's Enrique Valladares in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Unión CF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 76th minute, Angelo Di Maria ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Neuer was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. John Weeke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yuan Jian Hai in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudinho Figueiredo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jonas Moreira kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Emanuel Neuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Di Maria in the 91st minute of play. After 95th play minutes Yanne Callaerts shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Claudinho Figueiredo and just under the crossbar into goal. Scarlet Speedster's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
