Tarnów™'s Witomir Klejnowski got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giraldo Laiseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Klejnowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes CERRO PORTEÑO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zbigniew Augustyniak who took care of the corner kick. When Maciej Ziemniak fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tarnów™'s protests and gave Maciej Ziemniak a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tarnów™ getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Maciej Ziemniak hit a great ball. Vincente Casuso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Ziombkowski having to interfere. Giraldo Laiseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Arendarski in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, CERRO PORTEÑO's Urbes Perdiz got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 36th match minute, CERRO PORTEÑO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berenguer Costilla to maneuver through the defense. CERRO PORTEÑO's Giraldo Laiseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Skarpiak in the 39th minute of play. Celestino Alfaro kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The supporters of Tarnów™ booed when CERRO PORTEÑO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barto Crespo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 48 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Barto Crespo.

Giraldo Laiseca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbigniew Augustyniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 55th match minute, CERRO PORTEÑO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barto Crespo to maneuver through the defense. CERRO PORTEÑO's Giraldo Laiseca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save CERRO PORTEÑO from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute, Claude Ebro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Wieslaw Arendarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giraldo Laiseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Trochowski in the 72nd minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Giraldo Laiseca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zbigniew Augustyniak kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Wieslaw Arendarskis short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Giraldo Laiseca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. CERRO PORTEÑO's Giraldo Laiseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michal Trochowski in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Tarnów™'s Zbigniew Augustyniak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giraldo Laiseca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Zbigniew Augustyniak took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giraldo Laiseca. Giraldo Laiseca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Tarnów™ played a much better game than CERRO PORTEÑO and deserved their victory. The CERRO PORTEÑO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
