The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to KF Ballistet getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Jetmir Xeci hit a great ball. Yordan Chalúkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 5 played minutes KF Ballistet got a freekick which was hit by Jetmir Xeci. Сакарско орехче's Alexey Profirov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çerçiz Topulli in the 13th minute of play. Çerçiz Topulli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexey Profirov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Stancho Stanislavov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fotaq Strakosha. KF Ballistet's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stancho Stanislavov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Skifter Imeraj fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KF Ballistet's protests and gave Skifter Imeraj a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes KF Ballistet got a freekick which was hit by Skifter Imeraj. 21 minutes into the match, KF Ballistet's goal looked a bit too open when Anko Stoykovski came free, but Fotaq Strakosha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skifter Imeraj could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Alexey Profirov made a huge save. The supporters of KF Ballistet booed when Сакарско орехче was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimcho Perchemliev didn't get a good kick on the ball. KF Ballistet's Fotaq Strakosha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vencho Zlatarev in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Сакарско орехче was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lyuboslav Vushkov to maneuver through the defense. Alexey Profirov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Karapici in the 45th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vencho Zlatarev during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Vencho Zlatarev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anko Stoykovski was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Сакарско орехче got a freekick which was hit by Yordan Chalúkov. After a rather tough play, KF Ballistet's Valter Berberi got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 55 minutes into the game, Valter Berberi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KF Ballistet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Сакарско орехче the free kick. Alfred Karapici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Alexey Profirov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Miho Pogonchev fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Сакарско орехче's protests and gave Miho Pogonchev a yellow card for diving instead. Miho Pogonchev hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Сакарско орехче's Alexey Profirov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Skifter Imeraj in the 64th minute of play. Jetmir Xeci kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. KF Ballistet's Fotaq Strakosha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save KF Ballistet from getting a goal against them. Valentin Kula recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee gave KF Ballistet a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Skifter Imeraj, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Сакарско орехче's Alexey Profirov. 2-1. With an all-out effort, Сакарско орехче's Fotaq Strakosha threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miho Pogonchev, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, KF Ballistet's Fotaq Strakosha got control of the ball when Vencho Zlatarev tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Сакарско орехче booed when KF Ballistet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çerçiz Topulli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Сакарско орехче's zone, Skifter Imeraj stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexey Profirov came out of the goal and Skifter Imeraj tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KF Ballistet fans cheered their team off the field, for while Сакарско орехче had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
