When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Hayri Sözmen put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Horacio Vitin. Cremonese's Horacio Vitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayri Sözmen in the 11th minute of play. After 16 minutes of play, Cremonese's Marcelino Sayvion made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Recep Talha Bircan was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hayri Sözmen in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Vitin saved Cremonese from getting behind. Gualterio Idacio charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Cremonese's Horacio Vitin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Cremonese from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the match, Cremonese's goalkeeper Horacio Vitin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mücahit Beyhan. XL-Azrail Team's Erman İmge was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Horacio Vitin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Recep Talha Bircan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Jon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hayri Sözmen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Mücahit Beyhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Vitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
