Cachoeirinha's protests and gave Elder Luz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Elder Luz got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Frederico Gomes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Recep Talha Bircan made a huge save. Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hayri Sözmen in the 10th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Hayri Sözmen came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gürcan Ser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Betão de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of XL-Azrail Team booed when S.E. Cachoeirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Nilmar do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. XL-Azrail Team's Erol Tokyüz took a good shot, in the 29th minute, which hit the crossbar above Betão de Amaral's head, and flew over the goal. S.E. Cachoeirinha's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by XL-Azrail Team. In the 31st minute of the match, Dorival Veloso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Recep Talha Bircan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Emanuel Secco's late challenge caught a XL-Azrail Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Secco helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to S.E. Cachoeirinha getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Emanuel Secco hit a great ball. When Şafak Akgüngör, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 40 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Betão de Amaral was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Emanuel Secco got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to S.E. Cachoeirinha getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Emanuel Secco hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Dorival Veloso made the kick off in the second half. Recep Talha Bircan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frederico Gomes in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th match minute, XL-Azrail Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hayri Sözmen to maneuver through the defense. Mücahit Beyhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dorival Veloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 77 minutes, Zé Recife managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.E. Cachoeirinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Recife was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Betão de Amaral was a little too slow when Şafak Akgüngör got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-1. Frederico Gomes charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frederico Gomes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mücahit Beyhan in the 89th minute of play. Lefter Sönmez's late challenge caught a S.E. Cachoeirinha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lefter Sönmez helped the player get up and apologised. Frederico Gomes was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
