Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Doni Lima made the kick off which started today's match. Squadra Demarchi's Claudinho Pinho was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 8th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 16thth minute of the game Doni Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulinho Paraibano got free with Toninho Quadros in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the match, Clube dos pro's goalkeeper Toninho Quadros had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulinho Paraibano. Toninho Quadros made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Kléber Queirós sent off a good shot on target. Toninho Quadros came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Squadra Demarchi's Paulinho Paraibano. But to his dismay, Paulinho Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kléber Queirós took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Toninho Quadros. Toninho Quadros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 31 minutes of play, Clube dos pro's Faustão Castro made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Saldanha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Clube dos pro's Toninho Quadros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Clube dos pro from getting a goal against them. Paulinho Paraibano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Quadros having to interfere. Squadra Demarchi's Mané Xavier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cristiano Pena, made in the 46th minute of the game. Mané Xavier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Oscar Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doni Lima's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Toninho Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Paraibano in the 57th minute of play. After 59 minutes of play, Squadra Demarchi's Kléber Queirós made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Quadros was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Squadra Demarchi booed when Clube dos pro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Claudinho Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5-1 became the score in the 65th minute when Claudinho Pinho elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kléber Queirós succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-1. Kléber Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Toninho Quadros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kléber Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Squadra Demarchi's zone, Doni Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Saldanha came out of the goal and Doni Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudinho Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Toninho Quadros having to interfere. Oscar Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustão Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléber Queirós in the 96th minute of play forced Clube dos pro's goalkeeper Toninho Quadros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Squadra Demarchi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Clube dos pro for a fine match.
