Daniel Nordin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafal Cempa in the 11th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kajetan Dlugi got free with Daniel Nordin in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jerry Malmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to INTER Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Radomir Haskiewicz hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in INTER Sosnowiec's zone, Roy Ahlbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Szczepan Indyk came out of the goal and Roy Ahlbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Jerry Malmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Indyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Cyprian Brytka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the game, Roy Ahlbom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Szczepan Indyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kajetan Dlugi in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Nordin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Luty in the 34th minute of play forced Gnisvärd bk's goalkeeper Daniel Nordin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kajetan Dlugi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Daniel Nordin made a huge save. Radomir Haskiewicz's late challenge caught a Gnisvärd bk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radomir Haskiewicz helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes INTER Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Radomir Haskiewicz. Kajetan Dlugi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Daniel Nordin made a huge save. Szczepan Indyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Sjöström went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kajetan Dlugi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Barnaba Gendolla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roy Ahlbom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Szczepan Indyk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Jerry Malmgren took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Szczepan Indyk. Szczepan Indyk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Kajetan Dlugi struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Daniel Nordin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INTER Sosnowiec. 62 minutes into the match, Andreas Elg notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of INTER Sosnowiec's Szczepan Indyk. Szczepan Indyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th match minute, Gnisvärd bk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leif Törnqvist to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Kajetan Dlugi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Nordin was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. INTER Sosnowiec's Kajetan Dlugi got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerry Malmgren hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Lech Luty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Radomir Haskiewicz lost his temper 94 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for INTER Sosnowiec! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gnisvärd bk eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
