The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, INTER Sosnowiec's Kajetan Dlugi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. In the 9th minute Faustão Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Indyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Clube dos pro's Doni Lima in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye INTER Sosnowiec's goalie prevented a goal. After 19 played minutes INTER Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Rafal Cempa. In the 20th minute of the match Eugênio Linhares shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Szczepan Indyk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Filipe Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, INTER Sosnowiec's Jacek Majkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Toninho Quadros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Rafal Cempa fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored INTER Sosnowiec's protests and gave Rafal Cempa a yellow card for diving instead. Rafal Cempa kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Rafal Cempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as INTER Sosnowiec's Rafal Cempa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Toninho Quadros. That made the score 4-0 after 45 minutes of play.

The audience was convinced that Kajetan Dlugi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toninho Quadros was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 75th match minute, Clube dos pro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Jacinto to maneuver through the defense.
