Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tommy Bennet kicked off to start the match. Spurs Sweden's Tomas Åström managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Patryk Bykowski in the 3 minute of the game. If Dariusz Andrychowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacek Majkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso De Santis having to interfere. If Tommy Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Ennegren lost his temper 16 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Spurs Sweden:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of INTER Sosnowiec:s goal. Alfonso De Santis had in the 17thth minute some difficulties stopping Rafal Cempa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 17 minutes into the game, Rafal Cempa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Alfonso De Santis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rafal Cempa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso De Santis having to interfere. Stig-Åke Ståhlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, INTER Sosnowiec's Tomasz Pietrowiak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The supporters of Spurs Sweden booed when INTER Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patryk Bykowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Tomas Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Szczepan Indyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Åke Ståhlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Spurs Sweden's Alfonso De Santis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Spurs Sweden from getting a goal against them. Rafal Cempa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Alfonso De Santis made a huge save. Tomas Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kajetan Dlugi to make the kick off. Dennis Asserlind kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Barnaba Gendolla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Spurs Sweden's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Pietrowiak came free, but Alfonso De Santis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute Tomasz Pietrowiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso De Santis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso De Santis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kajetan Dlugi in the 64th minute of the match. Alfonso De Santis came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by INTER Sosnowiec's Rafal Cempa. But to his dismay, Rafal Cempa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Szczepan Indyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Åström in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Rafal Cempa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso De Santis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso De Santis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kajetan Dlugi in the 75th minute of the match. Barnaba Gendolla charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Barnaba Gendolla the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Barnaba Gendolla kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Stig-Åke Ståhlberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Szczepan Indyk could save by the left post. Alfonso De Santis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Cempa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jacek Majkowski came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the INTER Sosnowiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacek Majkowski couldn't finish the play. Alfonso De Santis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacek Majkowski went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Spurs Sweden's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
