The supporters of FC Ferrauda booed when AC Metropol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Matei struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Matías Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ferrauda. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Matias Goyo sped through AC Metropol's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Matías Teixeira. In the 12thth minute of the game Matias Goyo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Metropol's Matías Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Goyo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matías Teixeira saved AC Metropol from getting behind. With a little luck, FC Ferrauda's Dionisio Iyan got control of the ball when Charles Zonta tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Apolo Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matías Teixeira. AC Metropol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Apolo Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 27thth minute of the game Matias Goyo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC Metropol's Matías Teixeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Apolo Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Ferrauda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Santos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matías Teixeira came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ferrauda's Matias Goyo. But to his dismay, Matias Goyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Apolo Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Santos in the 37th minute of play forced AC Metropol's goalkeeper Matías Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Vinicio Vincent sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matías Teixeira skillfully saved the ball. Apolo Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Matías Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Apolo Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matías Teixeira having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Apolo Santos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Matías Teixeira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Charles Zonta to strike the kick off in the second half. If Apolo Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 54th minute, Matias Goyo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Ferrauda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. The audience was convinced that Matias Goyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matías Teixeira was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. After 64th play minutes Apolo Santos shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Matías Teixeira and just under the crossbar into goal. With his leg Matías Teixeira managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when FC Ferrauda's Matias Goyo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vinicio Vincent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matías Teixeira having to interfere. Apolo Santos struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Matías Teixeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Ferrauda. Matías Teixeira was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Apolo Santos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Apolo Santos really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Apolo Santos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matías Teixeira. That made the score 0-8 in the 89 minute of play. In the last second Matías Teixeira throw himself and got hold of the ball when Apolo Santos in the 93rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Matei got free with Matías Teixeira in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The AC Metropol fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Ferrauda were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
