A collision led to Duri come il marmo getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ercole Petrosino hit a great ball. Villiam Tidén made a great header on Haymakers FC's corner, it was just that Duri come il marmo's Felice Selvaggi managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 10th minute Jim Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Selvaggi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Duri come il marmo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Di Campli to maneuver through the defense. Robin Olsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferruccio Di Campli in the 13th minute of play. Emilio Di Campli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ferruccio Di Campli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Di Campli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Robin Olsen made a huge save. Kurt Ahlbeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Haymakers FC's Robin Olsen got control of the ball when Ovidio Ugutz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute Ovidio Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Olsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferruccio Di Campli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Robin Olsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jim Håkansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felice Selvaggi having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Haymakers FC's goalkeeper Robin Olsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emilio Di Campli. Emilio Di Campli came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Robin Olsen could save by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Di Campli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Robin Olsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Di Campli, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Emilio Di Campli spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Haymakers FC's goal. Haymakers FC's Robin Olsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Di Campli in the 55th minute of play. The supporters of Haymakers FC booed when Duri come il marmo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvise Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robin Olsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Ugutz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duri come il marmo's Ferruccio Di Campli got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Duri come il marmo made a substitution. Davide Galeone replaced Camillo Vittorio. 66 minutes into the match, Haymakers FC's Kurt Ahlbeck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felice Selvaggi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Di Campli in the 68th minute of play forced Haymakers FC's goalkeeper Robin Olsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jim Håkansson in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felice Selvaggi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robin Olsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Di Campli in the 72nd minute of play. When Duri come il marmo's Ferruccio Di Campli in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haymakers FC's goalie prevented a goal. Duri come il marmo's Francesco Locatelli was substituted for Emilio Di Campli. A hard shot 80 in the game by Jim Håkansson from a close distance when the talented Felice Selvaggi managed to make a qualified save. Duri come il marmo's players were relieved. Haymakers FC's Robin Olsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferruccio Di Campli in the 85th minute of play. Patric Söderqvist struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Felice Selvaggi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haymakers FC. In the 90th minute, Francesco Locatelli made a precise shot to the right of Robin Olsen. Haymakers FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jim Håkansson in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felice Selvaggi saved Duri come il marmo from getting behind. Duri come il marmo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Haymakers FC for a fine match.
