Jaroslaw Czeszyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Eskuin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. The Arrebimba o Malho SLB fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Aldo Dias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 17 minutes into the match, Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Abaunza came free, but Marciano Eskuin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Nicolas Richie almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Arrebimba o Malho SLB's Marciano Eskuin did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet as Eulalio Abaunza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marciano Eskuin. That made the score 3-1 in the 20 minute of play. Marciano Eskuin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaroslaw Czeszyk in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match, Eulalio Abaunza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marciano Eskuin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After taking down the ball on Peluchita Fc's corner Nicolas Richie fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marciano Eskuin quite easily take care of the ball. Marciano Eskuin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Abaunza in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Leandro Sacadura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 minutes Arrebimba o Malho SLB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nicolas Richie who took care of the corner kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Dias was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Abaunza in the 54th minute of play forced Arrebimba o Malho SLB's goalkeeper Marciano Eskuin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 played minutes Peluchita Fc got a freekick which was hit by Jaroslaw Czeszyk. A collision led to Peluchita Fc getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. After having played for 92 minutes, Eulalio Abaunza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peluchita Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Abaunza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
