An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Dalmau in the 19th minute of play forced Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Dobromir Keep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Passet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonin Zogu in the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Mannie to maneuver through the defense. Relja Jurišić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oscar Passet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Ramiro Dalmau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's goalkeeper Oscar Passet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Relja Jurišić. 41 minutes into the game, Emil Soliwoda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Purple Shadows's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo the free kick. In the 42nd match minute, Purple Shadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Soliwoda to maneuver through the defense. Dobromir Keep came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Ramiro Dalmau. But to his dismay, Ramiro Dalmau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gorom Kanø made a kick off. After 53 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Purple Shadows! The supporters of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Soliwoda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fermin Louis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute, Ramiro Dalmau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Purple Shadows's Emil Soliwoda got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Emil Soliwoda off the ground. After a rather tough play, Purple Shadows's Emil Soliwoda got a free kick in the 61st minute. Ştefan Dobrea was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 63 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, one of Purple Shadows:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Purple Shadows. Purple Shadows:s Dobromir Keep showed great skill when he stopped Fermin Louis:s penalty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramiro Dalmau got free with Dobromir Keep in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Dalmau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tonin Zogu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Oscar Passet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Purple Shadows was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Relja Jurišić to maneuver through the defense. Ramiro Dalmau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dobromir Keep having to make a save. Dobromir Keep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Dalmau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Ramiro Dalmau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dobromir Keep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Alberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chants of C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Purple Shadows had held the ball for most of the match.
