The supporters of Pereiras FC booed when C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Dalmau didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes Pereiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Enio Palmeira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Dalmau in the 8th minute of play forced Pereiras FC's goalkeeper Téo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, Ramiro Dalmau cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Téo Silva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Pereiras FC defense, Ramiro Dalmau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Téo Silva. The Pereiras FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Téo Silva should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nelsinho Carneiro got free with Oscar Passet in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oscar Passet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelsinho Carneiro in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tomas Nisio hit a great ball. In the 25th match minute, Pereiras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvinho de Queirós to maneuver through the defense. Téo Silva came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Ramiro Dalmau. But to his dismay, Ramiro Dalmau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Dalmau in the 36th minute of play forced Pereiras FC's goalkeeper Téo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Oscar Passet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Nóbrega in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Ramiro Dalmau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nelsinho Carneiro made a kick off. Oscar Passet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelsinho Carneiro in the 51st minute of play. Ramiro Dalmau scored 0-4 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Téo Silva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Dalmau in the 62nd minute of play forced Pereiras FC's goalkeeper Téo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Téo Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Dalmau in the 63rd minute of the match. Ramiro Dalmau struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Oscar Passet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 80 minutes of play, C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo's Ramiro Dalmau made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Téo Silva was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute, Renato Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Téo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Dalmau in the 90th minute of play. Ramiro Dalmau recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.A.S.D. 1° de mayo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
