Spectators: 7724 (Terracing: 5794, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edward Verbeek kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Buitenhout FC defense, Roberto Rivelino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximino Cristofanini. The Buitenhout FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximino Cristofanini should have stopped the shot. Edward Verbeek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximino Cristofanini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Rivelino in the 8th minute of the match. Maximino Cristofanini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Verbeek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lemel SV's Raymond Bos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Lemel SV from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's goal looked a bit too open when Ruud Reinders came free, but Raymond Bos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Jacobus Spoel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Lemel SV's Raymond Bos got control of the ball when Sjaak Degens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferry Hebelss short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Raymond Bos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 33rdth minute of the game Edward Verbeek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buitenhout FC's Maximino Cristofanini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Buitenhout FC's Maximino Cristofanini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Verbeek in the 39th minute of play. If Edward Verbeek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's Edward Verbeek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Cristofanini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sjaak Degens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sjaak Degens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Raymond Bos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Ruud Reinders left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buitenhout FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jan Sterenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Son Adam took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raymond Bos. Lemel SV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Lemel SV's Cees Ebbinge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximino Cristofanini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner ended in Mario Stam almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Buitenhout FC's Maximino Cristofanini did a great save. Buitenhout FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Lemel SV players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
