Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennart Abrahamsson in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Willi Jendrossek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Lennart Abrahamsson put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Willi Jendrossek. Lennart Abrahamsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The TSV Delliehausen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The Team Rocco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcus Klint should have stopped the shot. Willi Jendrossek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Trillkott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lennart Abrahamsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcus Klint showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gernot Poggenborg, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a rather tough play, TSV Delliehausen's Dieter Kapelle got a free kick in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute of the match Sven-Oskar Stenquist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Willi Jendrossek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Unesson in the 94th minute of play forced TSV Delliehausen's goalkeeper Willi Jendrossek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Willi Jendrossek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Unesson in the 96th minute of play. Although Team Rocco had been in control for most of the match, TSV Delliehausen still came away with the win.
