In the 6thth minute of the game Sven-Erik Asmundsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vila's Elar Villems was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vila's Lembit Nurmela got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elar Villems took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Erik Carlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Vila a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lembit Nurmela, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Svartvallstjärnens IF's George Isaksson. 1-0. Elar Villems made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Erik Asmundsson in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Svartvallstjärnens IF's goal looked a bit too open when Lembit Nurmela came free, but George Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sven-Erik Asmundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aigar Veider sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marti Hull struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. George Isaksson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila. 48 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vila's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mats Ljusberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Svartvallstjärnens IF's players had a chance to rest. Mats Ljusberg made a great header on Svartvallstjärnens IF's corner, it was just that Vila's Elar Villems managed to reach the ball for a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lembit Nurmela was the one to do the kick off. Elar Villems took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Ljusberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan-Erik Carlsson in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elar Villems prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute Svartvallstjärnens IF were awarded a corner. Mats Ljusberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Ulf Säf made a great header on Svartvallstjärnens IF's corner, it was just that Vila's Elar Villems managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice moves Sven-Erik Asmundsson could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Elar Villems however easily saved by the left post. Aigar Veider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Isaksson having to interfere. George Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lembit Nurmela in the 68th minute of the match. If Sven-Erik Asmundsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svartvallstjärnens IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila the free kick. In the 87th match minute, Svartvallstjärnens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Ljusberg to maneuver through the defense. Marti Hull sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marko Rätsep kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Vila's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Säf came free, but Elar Villems reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aigar Veider received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. George Isaksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
