In the 23rd minute of the match TSV Delliehausen got a corner. SnapperHeads F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After 29 played minutes TSV Delliehausen got a freekick which was hit by Sylvester Trapp. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Lander in the 31st minute of play forced TSV Delliehausen's goalkeeper Simon Vogelsang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Sertel Ural made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, one of TSV Delliehausen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TSV Delliehausen.
